D2D will ship items the day they are ready. Regular Shipping will have your order shipped from our Warehouse within 1-3 weeks (this does NOT include the time it takes to deliver your package from our Florida Warehouse to your final destination). We make it a priority to ship out orders in a timely fashion. If you need your order faster, we recommend Expedited Processing. All Expedited orders will incur a $50 handling fee and we will have your order shipped from our Warehouse within 7 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please write the date in the notes section and choose the correct shipping option. Payment for any expedited processing/additional shipping fees must be paid in advance by customer before order is shipped.
All orders are custom made in the USA and are non-refundable and non-returnable. Each item is custom made just for you. If there is a defect in an item or a wrong item was sent to you we will fix this for you immediately. Please notify the team within 10 business days of receiving the items for any defects or changes.
Turnaround time is 1-3 weeks during normal production. During our busy season May-August please expect a longer turnaround time of up to 2-4 weeks. We work diligently to get orders out in a timely manner. For dorm decor we suggest ordering early in the season to guarantee arrival. The DAY the items are ready, they will be shipped and you will receive shipment notification from UPS/USPS. Monogramming is done the day the orders are ready, and shipped the same day - monogramming does not hold the order up! Need your order faster? No problem… see “How can I get my order faster?” below.
“Expedited Processing” ensures that your items are created and shipped within 7 business days. The $50 expedited fee is in addition to standard shipping rates. “Expedited” refers to the time it takes to create the custom products and it does NOT include the transit time from our South Florida Warehouse to your shipping destination. We work around the clock to get these orders out as quickly as possible. If you need your items by a specific date, please choose the desired shipping option in checkout. Any additional shipping fees must be paid PRIOR to shipment.
Our NEW bed skirts are sewn directly into decking that can be easily and securely tucked under you mattress. No need for pins or tension rods.
We suggest using cold water and mild detergent (Woolite) when laundering your custom bedding. Drying is not recommended - Air Dry Only.
Our NEW Headboards are lightweight (about 3 lbs) and are attached with command tab hooks (from your local hardware store), perfect for dorm & cinderblock walls. The headboard will come with a loop on the back to hang your headboard on the hook at any height desired to fit any dorm room set up.
Our monograms are made out of vinyl and are heat-pressed to your fabric products or applied directly to your wall/furniture by peel-and-stick. Vinyl monograms allow for bigger, bolder, more fab monograms. We suggest turning the items inside out when washing. Air dry.
If you registered a D2D account all you need to do is sign in to your account using the "My Account" tab at the top right of the page. Sign in using your email and password. Once you have signed in click "View your order history" to see the current status of your order. Note: We HIGHLY recommend that you create an account.
YES! Once we have accepted your order, you can use the link in your confirmation email to come back to check for updates on your order status. Your order will show processing until it is moved to shipping. Our main goal is to get the orders out as soon as possible.
